Grand Hotel Saint Michel

The hotel location is great as it is at walking distance to some of the key landmarks and attractions and metro stations where you can easily get to your destination. But the highlight is the staff, as their service was simply amazing, especially from Lillian, she was something else! And the breakfast was really good, with different protein and side dish options every day. We will certainly stay there again when we go back to Paris!

great location! walked everywhere! cafes in St Germain are wonderful and safely walkable. Never felt unsafe at any point in the area. The staff was always helpful & kind. my room had a lovely view & I was able to open the windows for fresh air. lobby was great for relaxing and meeting up with friends and having a morning coffee. Beautiful breakfast available for $30-ish. Super nice brekky!

I asked for a first floor room and I got a half floor room. It was lovely. The hotel is in my favorite place to stay in Paris. It seems safe even late at night. The night desk manager was so helpful, polite, and spoke English very well. The breakfast was expensive but very good. They even had protein choices which seem to be unusual for France hotels. They had quality bedding and terrific AC and the bathroom was immaculate. They were generous with the towels, again unusual in France.

The location was ideal and a lovely part of Paris, we felt safe as we were 2 females and a child. The room was comfortable and we requested a kettle which they supplied with tea making facilities and biscuits too. The staff were amazing and really accomodating. We asked for a late check out and even though the room was being used that evening they said we could check out at 1.30pm, when we were late back due to traffic they did not get upset with us even though they had asked me to make sure it was no later than 1.30pm. Lovely hotel just wished we stayed longer than the 3 nights.

Entrance, reception area and breakfast areas really nicely decorated, staff always very helpful and friendly.
